Unfortunately, a year later we had to sell that dream house and this is when Joe really shone: beginning with how to not lose money on a house bought for top dollar only a year early. He did it. He knew where to advertise the house; set up many videos/brochures showing the highlights of the house inside and out; and had a three day event once it was on the market. The three days included a wine and cheese event for realtors; two open houses that he was there for to meet folks but more importantly to get a sense of what was being said about the house and potential offers. We got an offer beyond our wildest dreams with terms that worked with what we needed. Joe has a saying : “When You Call . . .
